燃氣蒸汽采用兩回程的結構設計,使燃料得到了充分燃燒,熱效率高。此外,鍋爐在運行過程中的煙管內插有擾流片,使得排煙速度減緩,增加了換熱量,為用戶降低了大量的使用費用,那么影響蒸汽鍋爐品質的因素有哪些呢?
1、鍋水濃度
在鍋爐內沸騰的水中有很多氣泡,隨著鍋水濃度的增加,氣泡的厚度也不斷加厚。鍋筒的有效空間則減小,氣泡破裂時所濺起的細小水滴就會很容易被向上流動的蒸汽帶出,從而使蒸汽品質惡化,嚴重時會產生汽水共騰現象,并帶出大量的鍋水。
